Harsch Development along with Works Progress Architects has designed and built a new office building in inner SE Portland located at 7 SE Stark Street. The building is 10 stories and 180,000 SF. It has 4 levels of office over 5.5 levels of parking and ground floor retail. The office is unique because of its floor to ceiling glass on all four sides.
